Encore Cinema is made by Encore Audio Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17539933), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We are responsible for your data. This policy covers this website. Encore Cinema itself isn't released yet; before it is, we'll add what the apps do with data here. The short version

• This site has no cookies, analytics or tracking, and no adverts.
• If you register your interest, we use your name and email only to tell you about Encore Cinema. We never sell or share them.
• You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

This website

The site is hosted by GitHub Pages, which, like any web host, records technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site; see GitHub's privacy statement. Nothing else is loaded from other sites.

Registering your interest

The form asks for your name, email address, what you watch on and whether you'd like to be a beta tester. It's delivered by Formspree, a form service that passes what you write on to us by email and stores it for a limited time to do so; see Formspree's privacy policy.

We use your answers to tell you when the Encore Cinema beta opens and when it's released, and to choose beta testers. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to us. We keep your details until you ask us to remove them, or until Encore Cinema is released and we've let you know, whichever is sooner.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email contact@encoreaudio.co.uk. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
